ROTTEN

Neanderthals walk among us and they live in Anytown. Rotten does his best to live up to his name by being a street hustling greedy bruiser/owner of the Anytown Bank. He's mean and nasty to the core, but never premeditated. He just does spontaneous foul things making him a walking time bomb of crude jokes and intrusive loud actions including painful rubs to the head and giant slaps on the back followed by a booming laugh. The one person in town that gives him a run for his money is his wife Malicious who makes mincemeat out of him by challenging his IQ and his manhood. If he's not bickering with her, he's helping Goodly with his campaigns around town by using his wise guy ways to enforce Goodly's needs as well as his greedy own.
