He puts the cold in cold and hasn't changed since the beginning of time. Winter wants nothing to do with anyone or anything and is cold in his soul, making his season feel the same way. Unfriendly and angry, Winter  stays in a giant cave above Anytown and sits in loneness and isolation without any regard for his bitter and cold actions he's projecting on the world.
